All Hail Ale was the inspiration of Peter & Emma, which was opened in October 2017, having a passion for bespoke drinks which are not available in main street bars.
Peter’s ambition was to setup a unique Micro bar and bottle shop, offering distinctive and original independent UK brewers’ beer, including local organic wines, and an extraordinary selection of spirits, some of which are locally distilled.
Phil joined All Hail Ale in 2021, and has an extensive background in hospitality, with a broad knowledge of cocktails, beers, and brewing.
This perfect synergy between Peter, Emma & Phil makes for an impeccable and unique selection of draft & bottled drinks.
